Bobbi is originally from central Iowa where she grew up on a rural acreage. After college, she joined AmeriCorps VISTA to work on urban hunger and community garden programs. She then began writing grants for a regional foodbank system. A few years later, with her spouse, she purchased a little farmstead property in Ojibwa, WI and they moved up north to live their dream of being surrounded by animals and plants. She currently works at Frandsen Bank & Trust in Hayward and enjoys spending her time at home with all of her critters, reading or working with her hands.
